The constant spraying of metal particles is creating a plasma-dome around the earth, turning the sky into a huge antenna and battery. This is based on the work of Nikola Tesla and in 1985 the late Bernard Eastlund patents to put Telsa’s ideas into action, this became the blueprint for HAARP.

Today, many different technologies are all working together towards creating a virtual space fence around Earth for communications, control, command and cyber warfare, also known in the military field as “C4”.

The war is on the people not between countries and is being rolled out as part of the plan to depopulate the planet to around 500 million. 

The ground equipment for this technology has been around for a while and utilised by the public. We know them under the names of 5G, phone towers, Gwen towers, NexRads, smart metres, wind farms. Microchips inserted into people and now the nanoparticles we inhale from the aerosol spraying is connecting us to this technology. 

To slowly ease the public into this movement blindly, the mainstream media will explain that this technology is going to be used to count space debris. We currently have hundreds of thousands of cubed satellites roughly about 12 inches squared orbiting the earth sending back thousands of images currently being sold to private companies.

We are told that this technology can view a postage stamp from space, but that was a decade ago. Now, surveillance is more up close and personal as Nanoparticles, 80,000 times thinner than a blade of hair can invade every cell and fill the bloodstream with tiny sensors, computers, microprocessors, relaying huge amounts of data on us every minute. This technology can see everything from inside your body to what you are carrying down the street.

With the use of radio signal technology and pulsed frequencies, Nano-particles can send and transmit signals from within the DNA, affecting people neurologically altering moods and switching emotional frequencies from violent to passive and back again.

Bernard Eastlund openly mentions psychotronic resonance in his patents and that the brain works similar to a tuning fork and will resonate with frequencies played near it. So plans are underway to manipulate the torsion field created by HAARP to broadcast frequencies which will manipulate and control human behaviour. Many people are not even aware this is going on and that the navy already have permission.

The Navy’s rules for legal human experimentation in the US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights paper 2006 states they can use – Severe or unusual intrusions meta-physical, psychological on human subjects such as consciousness-altering drugs or mind control techniques’.

This is the new space fence which is designed to lock in and connects all energy. According to Elena Freeland the metal particulates used to collect and transmit this technology has now created a ring around the equator of Earth, similar to Saturn. This poses an interesting question of whether we attempted this before and Saturn was once habitable.

In 1912 Nikola Tesla saw ways to tame the sky to make the atmosphere glow.  He experimented with both high and low frequency and electromagnetic waves he envisioned alternating the weather and creating shields around the earth to protect us from missiles and he claimed he knew how to split the earth in two.

HAARP technology is creating devastating consequences on planet Earth. Increasing every day, large areas of the ocean can no longer sustain life these are known as “dead zones”. This is where there is high levels of radiation and low levels of oxygen meaning that nothing, but jellyfish, can survive.

In Japan, jellyfish are now growing to sizes of around 9ft, weighing over 450 pounds. The Japanese built nets in the hope to catch the jellyfish. However, the jellyfish were cut up by the nets, allowing them to reproduce at an exponential rate, multiplying into the thousands.  

In the Persian Gulf, in 2008, a young local living in Bandar Lenge, witnessed large beams being sent up into the sky, causing earthquakes for a week. The water was left a weird red colour and hundreds of dead sea creatures surfaced from the ocean, which had appeared to be burnt.

The components to aid the space fence and HAARP technology are vast and growing rapidly.  Many ground facilities are needed to keep to use this technology working.

5G – Will be sold to us as faster download speeds but the 5G wave-length is short so millions of small cell towers are being installed in all areas. Even smartphones and smart metres will help to push this technology around globally. The radiation output of 5G is 2000% stronger than 4G. Since our body is made up of mainly water this technology is said to be able to boil us. Please alert your neighbourhood that these facilities are dangerous to human life and soon will be installed near their homes, hospitals and schools. 

ELF – The ELF antenna can emit waves penetrating as deeply as several kilometres into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area.

HAARP – Uses a ground-penetrating radar (GPR) to beam pulses of polarized high-frequency radio waves into the ionosphere. These pulses can be finely tuned and adjusted so that the bounced ground beam can target a very specific area and for a specific length of time, anywhere in the world.

GWEN Towers – Once providing our television signals GWEN towers are now being used in conjunction with HAARP and emitting high levels of harmful frequencies into the atmosphere. Everyone forced to switch to digital TV was so the government could use these towers for the new technology. Gwen towers are known to inflict harmful frequencies that can cause pain, addictions and alter moods. If you suffer from a constant ringing in your ears, then you are picking up these frequencies. 

Wind Farms – Since our atmosphere must be constantly ionised for the military’s technologies to work, wind farms are a popular modality as they produce millions of volts of static energy. Each time the blade propels, 3 pulses of electricity charges up into the atmosphere. The lightening effect is so short that we do not see them with the naked eye. The bigger the wind farm, the more volts can excite the electrons in the air. Countries are now competing to build the biggest wind farm.  The closer the technology is to the north and south pole the stronger the magnetic field. Scotland plans to build the biggest wind farm in the world, being close to the north pole it has the benefit of increased control of the military grid.

Fracking – Plays a huge part in this agenda; oil wells are being tactfully insulated to ensure they maintain a resonance to the frequencies they wish to utilise. Industries are dumping huge amounts of salt and metal materials down oil wells, creating a pulse of 7.5- 12 hertz producing small-scale earthquakes. According to Elena Freeland, expert researcher in this field,  explains that these activities have increased earth’s frequency from 7.83htz to almost 9htz, with which the human body is mirroring.

NEXRAD – A review of the actual NEXRAD radar feeds shows some very interesting activity taking place from the military radar stations. The powerful microwave energy pulses from the RADAR station caused electron cascade (stripping of electrons) in the atmosphere. This electron cascade process is proved to cause plasma heating in the atmosphere reaching above multiple hundreds of degrees.   Additionally, the ions which are stripped can produce MOISTURE condensation (CCN – Cloud Condensation Nuclei) which is the precursor to rain formation.
