Dear Matt Hancock,

Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal; Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.

I hereby notify you that further to my recent notice, Notice of Status and Demand for Clarification dated 3rd March 2020 and my notice of 18th March 2020 wherein you were required to acknowledge my claimed status and clarify your position, I have had no response within the 10 (TEN) days given. This means that you agree to my status and all demands clarified in these notices.

Silence is acquiescence, agreement, and dishonour, therefore you have clarified and confirmed that you are in breach of trust, and abuse of office. Your corporate government activities should therefore cease and desist immediately.

This is a self-executing contract deeming all parties to mean that you, and your principal, or any other agents or parties, abandon all demands upon me, now, or in the future.

 All words, terms, phrases, symbols, and numbers herein mean what I say they mean and are not open to reinterpretation.
