The Second Wave

In 2002 a Government report revealed that biological trials using aerial spraying were performed on the British public between 1940 and 1979.

And during the early 1960s millions of people were also exposed to clouds of radioactive xenon gas from the Harwell Nuclear Research Establishment. Men in white bodysuits released large clouds of the gas over English towns and villages to help estimate what effect a biological or chemical warfare attack would have on Britain.

This year (September 2020) The United Nations (including WHO) have announced in the Annual Report on Global Preparedness For Health Emergences, that they will conduct at least two system wide training and simulation exercises, including one covering the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen.

And how are they going to legally (not lawfully) get away with it?

I must bring your attention to the International Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects. (Sometimes informally referred to as CIOMS Guidelines). The Guidelines are general instructions and principles of ethical biomedical research and were prepared in collaboration with WHO. This demonstrates how participants, playing out this agenda, can avoid violations of non-consenting human experimentation.

Informed Consent Waiver of Requirement

Waiver of the consent requirement may be applied in certain circumstances where no foreseeable harm is expected to result from the study or when permitted by law, federal regulations, or if an ethical review committee has approved the non-disclosure of certain information.

Besides studies with minimal risk, waivers of consent may be obtained in a military setting. According to 10 USC 980, the United States Code for the Armed Forces, Limitations on the Use of Humans as Experimental Subjects, a waiver of advanced informed consent may be granted by the Secretary of Defense if a research project would:

• Directly benefit subjects.
• Advance the development of a medical product necessary to the military.
• Be carried out under all laws and regulations (i.e., Emergency Research Consent Waiver) including those pertinent to the FDA.

While informed consent is a basic right and should be carried out effectively, if a patient is incapacitated due to injury or illness, it is still important that patients benefit from emergency experimentation.

5G

The Coronavirus Pandemic has been carefully designed to create a military setting, so that new, untested vaccinations by Microsoft’s Bill Gates can be used experimentally on living people, without their consent, and under the guise of commercial law, and through the excuse that somehow we will benefit. This is how they are legally (not lawfully) getting away with it.

This is also why, military grade technology such as 5G is being deployed at such a rapid rate.

This is why we witnessed a sudden release of satellites, just a day or two after the Coronavirus UK lock-down. And in September/October 2020 (at the end of the global bankruptcy administration) the remainder of the Elon Musk’s Starlink/SpaceX satellites will be released. Pouring out unprecedented amounts of radiation onto Earth, wiping out vast numbers of the world’s population.

So far, Elon Musk has deployed more than 300 satellites into space and is working towards a network of 12,000. The recently launched satellites, have been seen by Brits in Derbyshire, Manchester, London, Devon, Leeds, and across Europe.

Certain orbital positions can make them easier to spot. Their close proximity to Earth and their large size, complete with wide flat panels which reflect light, make them appear much brighter in the sky. Elon Musk said the company was “fixing” the brightness of the satellites to make them less visible, stating it was due to the angle of the satellites’ solar panels. The company is working on a “sunshade” that will help to reduce reflection of the satellites in future launches, making them less easy to spot from Earth.

SpaceX aims to deploy more than 1,500 Starlink satellites to provide near-global Internet connectivity, for businesses, schools, the military and private citizens.  

Each of SpaceX’s Starlink tracking satellites is built at the company’s spacecraft development site in Redmond, Washington. The flat-panel, solar-powered relay stations each weigh about a quarter-ton, and are designed to climb into an operational orbit some 341 miles (550 kilometers) above Earth, using krypton ion thrusters.

5G and Coronavirus

Despite media reporting that the connection between 5G and Coronavirus is a conspiracy theory. Many scientists and activists have been concerned with the dangers of millimetre waves, for years, since the size of their waves makes them perfect for penetrating cells.

Just before the supposed Coronavirus outbreak, 30,000 new fifth-generation wireless antennas, or 3,000 Radio Base Stations, and as many as 27,000 new millimetre microwave mini-antennas were activated in Wuhan.

The mainstream media have been quick to defend the claims that people in Wuhan were suddenly dropping to the floor because 60Ghz was released experimentally at the same time of the Coronavirus outbreak. Upon further investigation 60Ghz is scientifically known to have unique oxygen absorption properties, so it is completely possible that what we were witnessing in the 5G capital of the world was the Chinese people starving of oxygen causing sudden collapse, internal bleeding and organ failure.

We also found that PubMed had posted a paper called 5G Technology and Induction of Coronavirus in Skin Cells on 16th July 2020, but as of 25th July 2020, this paper was withdrawn. Archives of this paper can be found here. The abstract reads as follows;

5G Technology and induction of coronavirus in skin cells

Abstract
5G millimeter waves could be absorbed by dermatologic cells acting like antennas, transferred to other cells and play the main role in producing Coronaviruses in biological cells. DNA is built from charged electrons and atoms and has an inductor-like structure. This structure could be divided into linear, toroid and round inductors. Inductors interact with external electromagnetic waves, move and produce some extra waves within the cells. The shapes of these waves are similar to shapes of hexagonal and pentagonal bases of their DNA source. These waves produce some holes in liquids within the nucleus. To fill these holes, some extra hexagonal and pentagonal bases are produced. These bases could join to each other and form virus-like structures such as Coronavirus

To produce these viruses within a cell, it is necessary that the wavelength of external waves be shorter than the size of the cell. Thus 5G millimeter waves could be good candidates for applying in constructing virus-like structures such as Coronaviruses (COVID-19) within cells.
